The quickest, easiest way to find your game is through the Game Finder app, available online or through your DISH receiver. If your game isn’t showing on the channel it’s supposed to be airing on, there are three common reasons:
If you see a “Programming Not Authorized” message on your TV screen, accompanied by error code 005, 013, or 371, that usually means that the channel you want to watch isn’t included in your subscribed programming package.
We suggest checking out the Multi-Sport Pack – it's a great option for college football and NFL fans alike! Multi-Sport includes SEC, PAC-12 Network, Longhorn Network, and Big Ten Network, live look-ins on Saturday afternoon games, and NFL RedZone, which monitors every Sunday afternoon game and shows live look-ins on teams about to score.
Visit My Programming to update your programming now. Don’t forget that you might need to re-add local channels to get your favorite in-market games.
It might be airing on a different channel. If this is the case, you should see a pop-up on your TV screen indicating what channel to tune to.
Our agreements with broadcasters sometimes require us to blackout sporting events. These blackout rules are controlled by the leagues, sports associations, and networks that purchase the rights to the broadcasts. Often, if a game is blacked out on one of your channels, you may be able to view the game on another DISH or local broadcast channel. Learn more about blackout restrictions.
